I was messing around on my PC earlier this week and began some new animations, in the process I started doing some planning for work on my games when I get a new computer, which should be pretty soon, I want to make two versions of my game (s) I want to make a flash version, and then I want to spend a good amount of time revamping it and making it for PS2 (I'd make it for xbla as a cheap download but I don't have one so it would be impossible for me to do anyway)
is that possible at all?
I know it was done with "Alien Hominid" but I have no idea what programs they used for the swf to console coding

could anyone push me in the right direction for a task like this?

Hello, programmers that may possibly be reading this.
Currently I am working on a game called tiny little robot, of which I would like to code and create myself (it's almost done just need a few more levels). But, over the coarse of about 4 years, my friend (who is a music composer) and I have written a comic called bean boy, originally, we wanted to just animate it and make it a movie, but recently we have decided that it would be a significantly greater hit if it was a game instead, so we've made a decision to create the game but instead of just having a straight level based flash game much like millions of game created on the inter-webs, we have decided to still animate the movie and just split it up and fit the levels into the story (if that makes any sense).
What I am asking for is a programmer who can teach me the basics for an array of gaming types (of which I can not state in this article due to the fact that not all of them are final and I would rather not spill the pizazz of the game before it is even close to being put out) and can teach me through PMs and email messages with requests rather than having one goal in mind and searching all over the internet just to find a whole lot of random codes teaching me nothing and not leading to the purpose that I need them for.

So with that in mind, if anyone is available, please PM me with details on what you know. It will be greatly appreciated.

Okey Dokey, I really need some help with action script for a platformer game in AS2.
I just want to do some basic stuff for now like making a stick figure walk around, but anything would be helpful, like getting the character to actually stand on a line and not just float in the air with all kinds of errors popping up on the screen, and actually getting the player to move.
